Election Day

Today is election day, and in honor of that, I would like to cite Joshua Frank's article, "Wake Me When It's Over", as the best commentary on the sad state of the 2006 elections that I've seen to date.

He makes some good points about the "anti-war movement having to move beyond tactical goals and thinking broader, corporate globalization, neoliberalism, and stopping the NEXT war. They need to start discussing capitalism and let that lead them to the concept of imperialism but thats a ways down the road for most liberals.
